Heather believes that the cornerstone of effective therapeutic work is built on a strong working relationship with her clients. In her clinical work, she provides you with a warm and trusting therapeutic space to help you explore your distressing feelings, emotions, and thoughts and talk about difficult behaviours. From the outset, your input into your work together is most important. She will work collaboratively to understand your current difficulties, identify your goals for treatment, and build an individualized treatment plan.
Heather has built her experience in a variety of settings, including the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), Youth Services Bureau (YSB), and The Royal.
