Anne has a background in nursing, health services planning and management that has proved to be just the right combination for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cappelli and Associates.

As the Practice Manager, Anne is the key point of contact for our group and the lead in coordinating new service development and collaborating with other community providers. Anne’s clinical background and experience working in both the hospital setting and community healthcare environment is an added value to our practice.

As a former clinical manager of a vibrant family health practice and in her role at CHEO as an Operations Director, she gained the understanding of how primary and tertiary health care is delivered and the know-how to carefully triage enquiries, identify opportunities, service and resource options and follow-up with solutions. A natural networker, and goal-oriented person, Anne helps Cappelli and Associates continue to set and reach its own goals and mission to improve well-being through good mental health.

Anne completed her BSc.N at Western University and has a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa.
