Rachel McGinn, B.A. (Honours)., M.A. (candidate)
Psychometrist

Rachel has extensive experience working with children as a research psychometrist at CHEO. She also has experience working in Suicide Prevention Research at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.

Rachel is passionate about working with children to provide them with a space to believe in themselves and work with them to identify their strengths and potential to succeed. She strives to create a positive, welcoming, and comfortable environment for each child she works with.

Rachel obtained her B.A. in Psychology from McGill University and her Honours B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University. She is now pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Developmental Psychology at Carleton University where she is investigating treatment interventions to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Rachel is working towards pursuing a degree in Clinical Psychology in the future.
