Stéphanie is passionate about fostering healing and growth through empathetic and empowering therapy sessions with everyone she works with. Grounded in person-centered therapy, she prioritizes creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals, including children, teens, and young adults, along with their parents, feel heard and valued. She also draws upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation, to address diverse therapeutic needs effectively. With a focus on tailoring support to each client’s unique journey, Stéphanie collaborates closely with clients and their families to navigate life’s challenges and promote well-being.

Stéphanie earned her Honours B.Sc. in Psychology and her Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She is also active in research at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) research institute on mental health projects with children and youth.
